named professor of the University of Princeton(New Jersey, USA), place
of Einstein and others mathematics emigrated from Europe.
1942 Publised
a book about the application of the theory games in the economy.
1944 He gots
news about the secret project ENIAC
1945 He attended
to the first experiments of the nuclear bomb
1947 He writes
a report about the ENIAC and an sketch of the design of a new computer
that was called EDVAC (Electronic Discrete Variable Computer) and was
constructed according his ideas.
1951 JOHNIAC,
the computer designed personaly for Neumann runs to work in the University
of Princeton.
1951-1953
He was nominated President of the American Mathematical Society. He worked
in the theory of automatas.
1955 The
president Eisenhower named him commissioner of US Atomic Energy
1957 He dead
on 8th febrary of cancer in Washington D.C (U.S.A). Later was dedicated
the Bulletin of the American Mathematical Society to his life
and career. (Fuente: propia).
To 1945 the physical architecture of any computer was depending of the
program in the strict more plan and for this reason the objetives of this
machines are inmutables, although engineers could dare to change conections,
this was a difficult task and sometimes impossible, and very expensive
too. John Von Neumann suggested in 1945 an alternative to a new architecture
more efficient. He was born in Budapest in 1903, Neumman offered to the
humanity a lot of and many differents cientifics contributions, like the
theory of games, theory of automatas, calculation of propagation of the
MANIAC [Maniaco], el Mathematical Analyzer, Numerical Integrator and Calculator
[Calculador, Integrador Numérico y Analizador Matemático. (Fuente:
